The Roast Coach is the culmination of my coffee roasting dream: a mobile, small-batch facility built specifically to maximize quality and efficiency. Though it’s only a 16-foot enclosed trailer, it packs a powerful punch, centered around our reliable 10 kg drum roaster—the same workhorse model we used to hone our profiles back in Cody, Wyoming.

We operate The Roast Coach from a quiet, remote spot nestled above Bilsky Lake, about 30 minutes south of Marquette, Michigan. This isolation is intentional; it provides the perfect environment for complete focus and pure coffee roasting mastery, ensuring an exceptional, artisan result in every small batch.
